Allison St. Pierre is a Manual Osteopath with a background in Clinical Kinesiology. Born and raised in Stratford, Prince Edward Island she has a passion for athletics, fitness and wellness. Allison pursues these passions through her career as a Group Fitness Instructor and Manual Osteopath.
Allison completed an Undergraduate Degree in Kinesiology at St. Francis Xavier University in 2014 and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Professional Kinesiology from Lakehead University in 2016. During her studies she was trained in Fascial Stretch Therapy and has been treating clients with mobility issues as a Clinical Kinesiologist since 2017. During this time, she also got the opportunity to work as a Physiotherapy Assistant where she assisted in exercise prescription, treatment and observing therapeutic assessments. Through this Allison has built a passion for treating people with persistent pain and mobility issues.
Wishing to broaden her therapeutic skills Allison graduated with a Diploma of Manual Osteopathic Practices in August of 2019. She can now treat many chronic dysfunctions including but not limited to persistent lower back, pain, cranial/TMJ issues, GI tract issues, postural neck/shoulder dysfunctions and more.
In January of 2019 Allison was presented with the opportunity to take on a leadership role within reactive health as Wellness Coordinator at the reactive wellness studio. Excitedly she took this chance to bring two passions together as a group fitness instructor and Manual Osteopath by building Wellness Programs designed to help those with specific strength and mobility issues.
